Pricing & Payments
Pricing: What do we base prices on, how might they be subject to change, and how long quotes are valid for. Event details and documents are provided directly through a secure Client Portal; any changes will be communicated through the same channel.
Accepted forms of payment and expected timing of payments
Deposits: rporate Clients can apply for payment terms allowing for remaining balance to be paid at time of event or within 14 days after event has been executed.
Tax: all orders subject to TN sales tax, service tax (?)
Minimums &
Special Requests
Here we should mention if there are minimums for specific types of orders (i.e. minimum of 30 boxed lunches of 40 for plated dinner, etc…)
Note about how we would handle dietary restrictions, allergens, etc.

Cutoff for changes to events, headcount, menu, etc
